At Future decided we recognise that working in secondary and post 16 education is getting harder and more frustrating for all involved.
Your desire to make a difference to your pupils, see them fulfil their potential and change their lives for the better remains. Yet the task of doing so has become so much harder than it should be.

Pupils are becoming increasingly more difficult to engage; many suffering with anxiety, complex SEMH needs and passive attitudes.
