DESIGN
Our rules when creating resources
We ensure that every resource we create is unique in its design and purpose
whilst simultenously adhering to the following principles below.
1. No planning required to deliver
Teachers and support staff are busy. We do the work so they don't have to. Therefore all resources are pre-made and ready to deliver without planning.

2. Regular school day
Each resource is designed to fit into the regular school day (e.g. assemblies, form time, extra curricular days). Our DREAM to DESTINATION gold package even has lesson plans with reccomended timings to support delivery.

3. Student voice
Whenever possible we write in the student voice and speak directly to pupils. It makes it easy for staff to use and for pupils to engage with.

4. DREAM Big
All resources are there to help raise pupils' aspirations by learning how to discover and secure their DREAM future. No matter what their starting point, we can support you in raising their gaze towards pursuing a future that excites them.

5. Practical and Fun
All resources are inspiring, practical in application and very fun to use for both staff and students. No hints of boredom allowed and an acknowledgement that personal stories and good humour go a long way.

6. Cost effective and big impact
All resources must be highly effective interventions and provide excellent value for money. We are proud to offer such high quality resources for affordable prices for all insitutions, even those whose budgets may already be stretched.
