Our Purpose
Too many students struggle to consistently attend and engage in school and college, leaving staff drained. At Future Decided we design resources to inspire students, empower staff and transform outcomes—so everyone can thrive.
Most pupils are not fulfilling their academic potential - not because they lack ability but because they lack a compelling vision for their future.
Even those who do have a plan often feel anxious or uncertain, unsure if it’s achievable or even right for them. The good news? Your pupils don't need to be like everyone else's.
Our courses and resources help secondary age and post-16 students figure out what they want in life. They also equip pupils to make their DREAM future a reality, not just a compelling idea that they have no intention of pursuing. When pupils uncover an exciting vision for their life they naturally work harder, with greater purpose. They become resilient, mentally healthier and motivated.
When students thrive, staff do too. They get to do the job that they fell in love with in the first place: helping young people to become and achieve their very best. Everyone wins.ā

It was created out of need more than anything. Just like you, I love seeing the pupils under my care discover and secure their DREAM future. Nothing drives me more in life than helping others achieve and become purposeful. I do it at home with all four of my own children and I can't help but do it with other young people who I work with and come into contact with.

Having worked and led in both mainstream schools and alternative provision one thing pains me more than anything else. Namely, seeing pupils lack an exciting vision for their life. Without vision young people are prone to become anxious, struggle with attendance and underachieve academically. When they are armed with genuine ambition however, their confidence grows tenfold, joy abounds, relationships prosper and their mental health strengthens. This not only positively affects pupils but affects staff and families too.

Unfortunately, resources to help pupils DREAM big and be successful are scarce. Those that do exist tend to be bland, uninspiring and lack a cutting edge. That is why I have collated my own resources that I know to work and be successful. With the help of a team we have repackaged and uploaded them onto this website for others to benefit from.
I want to help support you and your quest to see your pupils prosper both academically and emotionally. With your expert guidance and our inspiring resources your students will have the opportunity to be able to leave education with a clear and compelling vision for their life. Along with excellent exam results and strong mental health.
